One-Time Upfront Payment

  • One-time upfront payment required to start your site
  • Payment is processed immediately; we begin work within 3 business days
  • Timeline depends on your selected package (see current pricing page for turnaround)

Payment Methods

  • Apple Cash or Chime preferred
  • Stripe available as a fallback card option
  • No ACH, no invoices, no payment plans
  • Payment instructions are provided during checkout for your selected method

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payment

Once we begin work on your site, your payment is non-refundable. "Beginning work" = initial strategy call + setup completed.

Why Non-Refundable Payment?

  • We reserve your project slot and prioritize your timeline
  • We complete initial discovery, strategy, and setup
  • Prevents fraudulent orders and protects both of us

Intellectual Property (What You Own)

After you've paid in full, you own:

  • Your final website (HTML, CSS, content, images)
  • All custom design work created for your business
  • The domain name (you can transfer it anywhere)
  • All files and access to manage your site

We keep the right to:

  • Reuse code frameworks and tools across projects
  • Showcase your site in our portfolio (with your permission)
  • Use design patterns and templates for other clients

Important: You cannot use your site until payment clears. This protects both of us.

How We Protect Against Disputes

Documentation

  • You'll approve your design in writing before we build it
  • Every revision is tracked and saved
  • You'll receive proof of delivery (download confirmation, launch screenshots)
  • We keep detailed records of all approvals and changes

Payment Security

  • We use secure payment methods, including Apple Cash, Chime, and Stripe when selected
  • All transactions are documented with receipts
  • Chargeback disputes are handled fairly with full documentation

If Something Goes Wrong

  • You have 30 days after launch to request corrections (bugs, broken links, typos)
  • We fix legitimate issues at no charge
  • Major redesigns after launch are new projects

Common Questions

Q: What if I'm not happy with the site after it's live?
A: We build it to your approved design and specifications. If something doesn't work as intended, we fix it free within 30 days of launch. Major design changes after that are treated as a new project.

Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A: After i've started work, no — that's why payment is non-refundable. This protects our time and your reserved timeline. If you cancel before we begin, we'll refund you within 2 days.

Q: Do I own the website once I pay?
A: Yes — once we receive full payment, you own your website files, design, content, and domain. You can move it to another host or designer anytime.

Q: What if you don't launch the site on time?
A: We give you a completion date upfront. If we miss it (our fault, not delays from you), we credit 10% of your final balance as a goodwill gesture.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Apple Cash or Chime are preferred. Stripe is available as a fallback for card payments. No ACH, no invoices, no payment plans.
