Who we are
WebGen is a service of Caser Legal LLC, an Illinois-based business that builds websites for local businesses. This privacy policy describes how we handle information when you visit our marketing site or contact us about a project.
What information we may collect
This website is a static marketing site. We may collect the information you choose to send us when you call, text, or email us, such as:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Business name
- Details about your project
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Discuss your project
- Process payments
- Provide services you request
- Keep basic business records
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party ads. We do not maintain customer accounts beyond what is needed to deliver your project.
Service providers
We use standard service providers for hosting, payment processing, and communications. Those providers may process information on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Specifically:
- Stripe — processes credit and debit card payments. Stripe may collect device and browser information as part of fraud prevention, which is standard practice for payment processors.
- Google Fonts — used for website typography. Google may log font requests as part of their standard service.
What to avoid sending us
If you send us information, you should avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for a website project (for example: Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or other highly sensitive data).
Policy updates
If we ever add features that collect more information, we may update this policy. We will post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date.
Questions or requests
To ask privacy questions, correct information you sent us, or request deletion where appropriate, email hello@caserlegal.com. We may keep records when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contract, or operational purposes.
